Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is structured as follows:

Cancellation Charges

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
• 15 - 29 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost will be deducted.
• 7 - 14 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost will be deducted.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions

If a trip is cancelled by WizeTravels due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or you can choose to reschedule your trip for a later date.
